Wayne A. Sattler, CFA

Wayne leads a dedicated group of institutional client portfolio managers who specialize in management of investment assets as fiduciary agents for a select group of institutional clients. In addition to his oversight responsibilities, Wayne guides clients in the establishment of investment policies and objectives, then implements customized investment strategies using a wide variety of investment solutions.

Wayne has more than 30 years of financial industry experience and has managed investment portfolios for institutional, municipal and private clients. He joined PFM Asset Management in 2023 when U.S. Bank consolidated all institutional client investment management resources under its U.S. Bancorp Asset Management subsidiary. He joined U.S. Bank’s Asset Management Group in 2002 and has worked for U.S. Bank since 1986 when he joined the company’s management training program. Since then, he has served as an investment and trust officer in the fixed income area, as well as an investment banker in the firm’s Public Finance and Capital Markets group.
