Scott is a senior portfolio manager for PFM Asset Management LLC. He is responsible for establishing client objectives and implementing strategies using a variety of investment solutions. Scott manages portfolios for pension funds, corporations, nonprofits, public entities and insurance companies.

Prior to joining PFM Asset Management, Scott was with Russell Investments for 29 years, most recently in senior portfolio management and consulting roles working with corporate and nonprofit clients.
