Scott is a director and currently serves as the program administrator for the Virginia State Non-Arbitrage Program (SNAP®) and leads our investment advisory business in Virginia. He leverages the firm’s resources to assist governmental entities with their investment of bond proceeds and idle funds. He also helps educate institutions in the Commonwealth through classes focused on cash and investment management as a volunteer instructor for the Treasurers’ Association of Virginia and Virginia Government Finance Officers Association.
