Scott is a director and joined PFM Asset Management in 2022. He is responsible for leveraging the firm’s resources to assist Virginia governmental entities with their investment of bond proceeds and idle funds. He also helps educate institutions in the Commonwealth through classes focused on cash and investment management.

Before joining the firm, Scott helped lead liquidity management efforts at Dominion Energy specializing in fixed income debt issuance. Prior to that, he worked at BB&T Capital Markets for twenty years supporting governmental clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast in various institutional fixed income sales and trading capacities.
