Robert joined PFMAM as an OCIO specialist in 2024, and he is a member of the firm’s outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) practice. He works with institutional clients located in the Northern & Southern California regions, focusing on pension & Taft-Hartley plans, state & local governments, and endowments & foundations.

Robert began his career at U.S. Bank as an institutional trust & custody manager. In his role, he oversaw a portfolio of accounts with assets under management totaling over $25 billion ranging from privately held assets to equities to fixed income (government & corporate bonds) to insurance policies. He served as the primary point of contact for clients with respect to operational functionality, investment allocation, reporting, and onboarding needs. Those disciplines included asset allocation, trust and custody agreement review, asset review, trade & wire review, and compliance.

Robert is a native to the Los Angeles area where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance & Economics from California State University, Los Angeles.
