Patrick oversees the OCIO investment team at PFM Asset Management. The team is responsible for fulfillment of investment research and delivering investment management services and strategies to a variety of institutional clients, including public and private pension plans, non-qualified plans, foundations and endowments, corporations, public entities and Taft-Hartley plans, among other institutional client types.

Patrick has many years of institutional asset management experience. Prior to joining PFMAM, he served as the head of U.S. Bank’s Institutional Asset Management business and was a voting member of the Bank’s Investment Management Executive Committee and Investment Risk Committee. Prior to U.S. Bank, he spent 18 years at Wells Fargo Asset Management and Wells Fargo Institutional Retirement & Trust in senior institutional portfolio management and client servicing roles. Additionally, he advised on the Wells Fargo employee retirement plan investments with a specific focus on fixed income and LDI strategies.

In addition to serving as an active member and volunteer for Twin Cities Trout Unlimited, Patrick also enjoys coaching his son’s youth football team and his daughter’s lacrosse team.
