Matthew Tracy

Matt Tracy leads manager due-diligence for OCIO models and consulting arrangements across traditional fixed income sectors. His role includes coverage on existing managers & prospecting of new fixed income strategies. His sub-asset class views and manager proposals are presented to the MACM Investment Committee and external MMST Fund Board. Additionally, he has coverage on balanced manager strategies and has been a resource for diverse managers and ESG initiatives. Matt joined PFM Asset Management in 2004 as a member of the account coordinators team handling performance reporting and cash flow for an assigned set of clients. In 2006 he began taking on research duties, building asset allocation models for defined benefit and endowment clients. Shortly thereafter he began manager oversight for international equity strategies. Matt has covered fixed income managers since 2008.

Matt’s financial background includes three years with a money management firm working first in new account trade setup within an administration group, then as a data integrity coordinator.
