Lesley Allison

Lesley Allison is a senior managing consultant for PFM Asset Management’s investment advisory team in the Orlando office. She is responsible for working with participants and leadership of the Florida Public Assets for Liquidity Management Program (FL PALM), a local government investment pool. In that capacity she serves cities, counties and school districts throughout Florida. Lesley regularly provides training to government investors on the structure, analysis and use of local government investment pools. 

Lesley comes to the firm with more than 19 years of investment and financial services experience. Her background includes asset management, client advisory services and marketing at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
