Kecia A. Vaughn

Kecia Vaughn joined PFM Asset Management in 2015 as a key account manager for the firm's Client Services Group. As a key account manager, Kecia serves as a client advocate by providing a “high touch, high value" experience, to address client needs. Additionally, her responsibilities are to coordinate the efforts of the customer service team in everyday functions, such as client administration, onboarding and marketing support.

Prior to joining the firm, Kecia worked as a lead operations associate for AXA Advisors, where she provided relationship management and sales support for 55 associates and was recruiting coordinator and deputy chief of operations for the branch.

Kecia served 15 years as an elected city commissioner for the City of Decatur, Georgia.
