Kerri Muskin

Kerri Muskin joined PFM Asset Management in 2007 and is a senior portfolio manager. She is a member of the portfolio management team that oversees short duration fixed income assets for public entities throughout the country. Her team is responsible for local government investment pool (LGIP) portfolios and short duration separately managed accounts. Kerri is also the primary portfolio manager of the LGIP’s TERM programs.

Kerri's responsibilities include developing and implementing portfolio strategies, allocating assets and performing relative value analysis to capture value in the one year and under sectors of all money market securities. Kerri is the firm’s sector specialist of bank obligations, such as non-negotiable certificates of deposit and FDIC/NCUA insured deposits.

Kerri is a member of the firm’s Credit Risk Management Committee, which is responsible for both local government investment pools (LGIPs) and separately managed accounts.
