Katia Frock

Katia joined PFM Asset Management in 2003 and is a director in the firm’s Harrisburg office. Katia provides a broad range of investment advisory and consulting services for clients primarily located in the East. These services include developing portfolio strategies, modeling cash flows, reviewing portfolio performance and updating investment policies.

Working with the firm’s local government investment pools, Katia leads teams that translate board initiatives into streamlined experiences that benefit all pool investors. She is directly responsible for various Board of Trustees relationships and overall client activities.

Prior to her current role, Katia co-managed the firm’s Arbitrage and Tax Compliance Group. In that role, she was responsible for client relationships primarily in the Southern and Western states. Katia has prepared and reviewed thousands of arbitrage rebate and yield restriction compliance analyses and was a frequent speaker at regional conferences on the topics of Arbitrage Rebate and Post Issuance Compliance.

At the PFM Group, Katia established the firm’s Women’s Network, served on its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, and was a founding member of the firm’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is an active member within U.S. Bank’s Business Resource Group community.
