Jeffrey Rowe, CFA

Jeffrey Rowe is a managing director and senior portfolio manager for PFM Asset Management’s ("PFMAM") investment advisory team.  He has been with the firm since 2005 and currently serves as head of the firm’s short duration fixed income portfolio management team.  In this role, he develops investment strategies with a focus on liquidity management.  His primary portfolio management responsibilities include PFMAM’s local government investment pool (LGIP) portfolios and short duration separately managed accounts (SMAs).  He and his team specialize in the investment and management of all types of money market instruments including U.S. Treasuries, federal agencies, supranationals, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, corporate notes and repurchase agreements.  Jeff is also a member of PFMAM's Fixed Income Investment Committee and Credit Risk Management Committee.  He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
