John Dolheimer

John Dolheimer joined PFM Asset Management in 2001 in the Harrisburg office as an investment accountant. He was initially responsible for daily fund accounting and customer service for various local government investment pools (LGIPs), as well as separate portfolios within the state of Florida. His responsibilities were expanded to include portfolios utilizing customized reporting options in various territories, along with monthly performance calculation, monthly portfolio statement preparation, and the coordination of month-end procedures.

John currently is the asset management accounting director responsible for the supervision of daily and monthly investment accounting processes, including daily and monthly portfolio valuations, bank and internal system reconciliations, portfolio statement production, management and implementation of software systems and procedures, coordination with trading, client services, fund operations and field marketing staff, banks and vendors, and providing technical support to external auditors. In addition, he represents the Asset Management Accounting Group on firm-wide technology projects, disaster recovery readiness and bank conversions.

Prior to joining the firm, John served as a professional executive with the Boy Scouts of America, with responsibility for budgeting, finance, membership, and program administration, including 12 years directing a resident summer camp.
