Brian joined PFM Asset Management in 2008 and is a member of the Fixed-Income Portfolio Management Team. In his capacity as a senior portfolio manager, he is directly responsible for the daily management of a significant number of client portfolios. His responsibilities include the development and execution of investment strategies for portfolios, generally from a total return perspective. Brian specializes in the municipal securities market and credit for the trading desk.

Brian is a member of the firm’s Fixed Income Credit Committee, which is responsible for the firm’s independent credit research for both local government investment pools (LGIPs) and separately managed accounts. He is also currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
