Barry Ballou

Barry Ballou joined PFM Asset Management in July of 2006 and works in the St. Louis office. Barry is a senior marketing representative for the Nebraska Liquid Asset Fund and the P-Card, a cost-free payments mechanism that reduces the typical requisition process and related costs associated with purchasing materials and services in Nebraska. He markets the NLAF to Nebraska public sub-divisions including public schools, community colleges, county governments and cities and looks for opportunities to offer multi-asset class management (MACM) and individual portfolio (IP) services to Nebraska public sub-divisions.

Barry graduated from Kearney State College with degrees in Educational Administration. He was a public school administrator in Nebraska for 30 years before going to work for the firm. He has served as an adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, teaching Graduate School Business Management and Finance.
