Amy Rothdeutsch

Amy Rothdeutsch joined PFM Asset Management’s Arbitrage and Tax Compliance Group in 2008 as an analyst. She was promoted to senior managing consultant in 2014. Amy performs arbitrage rebate calculations, yield restriction compliance analysis, spending exception analysis, cash flow analysis, transferred proceeds calculations, commingled funds analysis and other arbitrage-related services.

She provides the day-to-day management of arbitrage rebate services to issuers with bond proceeds invested in various firm-managed local government investment pool (LGIP) programs, and to issuers located in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and Western states. Additionally, Amy provides comprehensive arbitrage rebate compliance services to numerous clients, including those with variable rate bond issues and commingled funds requiring allocation analyses.
