Allison is an outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) strategist, leading new business development and client services for the firm's OCIO solution in the South region. Since she joined in 2017, her primary focus is introducing public retirement systems, OPEBs, endowments, foundations, healthcare organizations and other institutions to the benefits and value of the firm’s multi-asset class management capabilities.

Her prior experience includes serving as a vice president and senior relationship and sales manager at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), where she worked with a broad scope of institutional clients and various investment plan types. Prior to working at SSGA, as an associate partner and client service director for Invesco Global, Allison was responsible for relationship and product management for institutional international and global equity clients. She also worked for Invesco Institutional as marketing director for public funds.

Allison has held board positions with the Children’s Museum of Atlanta including development chair and executive committee member. She is currently chair of the Georgia Public Pension Trustees Association (GAPPT) marketing committee and previously chair of the GAPPT membership committee. Allison has also served on the Florida Public Pension Trustees Association (FPPTA) advisory committee. She holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) 7 and 63 licenses.
