Andrew Brown joined PFMAM in 2024 and works primarily with government clients on both OPEB and pension pre-funding relationships. He is a member of both the Investment Committee and Portfolio Construction subcommittee.

Andrew began his career in the investment management industry in 1995. Andrew worked at HighMark Capital Management, now part of PFMAM, for over 25 years, managing both institutional and private client relationships. He served on HighMark’s Asset Allocation Committee, Manager Research Committee and Investment Policy Committee.
